綠川計畫 ( 2022 )
概念:「 一個被認為無生命的存在,它的意見算是意見嗎?」
以臺中綠川的第一人稱視角,梳理從清朝至今,不同時代的人們因應各自的需求,任意將其改變成的各種樣貌與定位,諸如農作物灌溉、因河水氾濫進行的整治、日治時期 ( 1895 - 1945 ) 臺灣總督佐久間左馬太見其環境優美而起名綠川、1949 年國民政府遷臺後衍生之吊腳樓所造成的河水污染,直至近年林佳龍擔任臺中市市長期間 ( 2014 - 2018 ) 則又規劃成為親水設施等。

The Midori-Kawa Project (2022)

Concept: Does its opinion matter when a thing is considered lifeless?
The first-person narrator in this video is a river in Taichung named Midori-Kawa. From the Qing dynasty to now on, people in different generations changed the appearance and the purpose of this river in response to their demand. Including irrigation, river regulation for flood prevention even more. During the Japanese colonial period (1895-1945), the governor Sakuma Samata named it Midori-Kawa because of its beautiful scenery. After 1949, the National Government of the Republic of China relocated to Taiwan, they also brought the pollution to the river, because of the Diaojiao building, a kind of wooden house projecting over the water. In recent years, the former municipality mayor of Taichung Lin, Chia-Lung implemented the planning to build a riverside park during his tenure (2014-2018).
